About Me

My name is Claire. I gained my TEC Level 3 in Massage in 2015 and have been on a journey of personal growth and self-development ever since. I am fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself and am passionate about helping people achieve wellbeing through holistic practices which stimulate the body and mind.

My career began at Neals Yard Therapy Rooms in London, before joining luxury cruise line Holland America, as a spa therapist. Treating an older clientele onboard gave me the opportunity to become familiar with various conditions such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and Oedema, observing how massage had the ability to alleviate pain.

I have since trained and worked with Facegym, specialising in face massage as a natural alternative to anti-ageing. The experience of helping people look good has been a positive one, but further reinstated my belief that beauty comes from within.

This year has seen us face many challenges, learning how to deal with stress as one of the biggest. To understand how I could further assist people, I completed an eight-week program on Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction with British Mindfulness Institute. By nurturing our mind as well as our body we can see the positive impacts it has on our lives. By feeling good about ourselves, we look good thus promoting true health and wellbeing.

As an advocate of health and wellbeing, I have taken part in many fundraiser and charity events, including The London Marathon. Clients always seem to apologise for their feet prior to a treatment, but I can reassure you that after dealing with many a marathon foot, you have nothing to worry about!
